The SentryGPS webportal gives you the ability to locate your loved one's sentryGPSid™ device from any computer with internet access, anywhere in the world. Once logged into our secure webportal, you will be able to locate the exact location of your child's GPS device in real time.

"Safe" and "Forbidden" Zone

Create Safe and Forbidden zones through the webportal by using geofence technology. Simply select the central address of the zone you would like to create, and then select a distance you would like the zone to extend from that poin. Any time your loved one leaves their Safe zone, or enters their forbidden zone, you will automatically receive an email, text message, or voice message on your designated phone line.

Locate Your Device by Text Message

You can have your device's location, along with a link to a map, sent to you via text message by first sending a text message to 84805 with the first three letters and/or numbers of the name of your device, a space, and then the word "loc". For example, if your device's name was "Joes GPS", you would send a text message to 84805 with the message "Joe loc".

SOS/Urgent Mode

The sentryGPSid™ device has an integrated SOS button, as well as an Urgent Mode option which can be activated directly through the webportal. Both options force the sentryGPSid™ to broadcast its location continuously, instead of every 15 minutes.

Speed Warnings

Set a speed limit for your GPS device and you will receive a notification when your GPS device exceeds the defined speed. You can also log into the SentryGPS webportal and check the travel history for an archived history that includes the speeds the device was traveling. This is a great feature for teen drivers that parents want to monitor.

Unlimited Devices On A Single Account

We realize a lot of families have more than one child, so we have made it easy to have multiple devices on the same account - no need to remember multiple usernames and passwords. Once you are logged into the webportal you can viw all of the devices associated with your account simultaneously, or you can select devices to view individually. This feature is even more important for schools and daycares. The SentryGPS webportal gives you the ability to register all of your children's devices under one "master" account, and also give access to the individual parents to just their child's device by registering sub-accounts.

Alerts Via Email, SMS, or Voice

The SentryGPS webportal allows you to create five different levels of alerts - info, warn, error, critical, and down. You can then assign a level to each type of alert you wish to receive and customize whether to receive each alert level via email, text message (SMS), voice message or to simply have them saved to the history of your webportal through a single simple interface. This gives you the flexibility to decide which alerts you want to receive right away, and which alerts you just want to receive and store for informational purposes.

Archived Travel and Alert Histories

The webportal gives you the ability search and view historical travel and alert data by simply selecting the date range you would like to view. You also have the option of exporting these reports for your own reporting purposes.
